“Seven Days in May”

 

Great novel by Fletcher Knebel, one of JFK’s faves…
Great movie from the 60’s that really holds up…
right wing coup in America, that crosses a line,
so that even those who were going to overthrow
democracy – cannot – will not- go further…

Let’s animate that story…
Culture so saturated with lies,
that all it takes is one small grain of truth
dropped into the solution, so that all the lies
fall out into ridiculous visibility.

Spells be broken!
Lucidity trumps lies.

Jupiter is rising,
while going back-wards
(apparently… retrograde)
that we may re-trieve, distill the desirable
from the different chapters of our lives,
personal and collective…

“This week we go between
the Sun and Jupiter”

That’s right team, the Earth
is betwixt the Sun and Jupiter.

for we live in a Story-Telling Creation,

by its shape, color, song, fragrance, rhythm –

be dance-swooshed back into the
choreographic embrace of Creation.

Animism seeks its necessary Renaissance

Sun trine Pluto, underworld, Pele,
Kilauea on the Big Island, is dangerously,
powerfully expressing herself…

And Pluto sextiles Jupiter…
The world belongs to the
Story-tellers… that be our craft
(craft = “power from dedication”)

So let’s honor one of the great
all-time story-tellers, who faced
death each night, until redemption
was accomplished:

Sheherezade!

the narrator of one of the most influential
frame stories in human history,
(and probably Wolf history, too)

(inter-twined with
the history of coffee!)
(will narrate)

And furthermore the Moon
quintiles Uranus – so the Liberating power
of this woman story-teller is especially eager
to incarnate in each of us…
