Convening tonight to honor
The Return of Venus,

and all of us with her!

Honoring the literal and metaphoric
dazzling silence of the desert….
(just returning from Sinai Bedouin desert)

Tonight we animate:
Venus returning stationing Direct!

Venus presides over the morning pre-dawn sky,
as Jupiter in Venusian Libra presides all night long…

Jupiter says “Journeys never end,” inviting us all to retrieve
our personal journeys and collective historical journeys
to glean Mystery Guidance- needed now.
(“Your nearest exit may be behind you.”)

(This morning, even though I am home,
and enthused to re-convene our Council tonight,
I woke up in Egypt…) They inter-weave…
and contribute to the on-going art form of our lives…
And as we journey from antiquity into modernity,
tis clear that tis the story that rules and
guides the culture’s possibilities
