Pathways Through the Apocalypse

Feel free to set a metaphoric brush fire to clean out debris, avoid conflagration, and make paths.  (Always better to honor the fire elementals by giving them something constructively destructive to do. Sacred bonfires, or arson, take your pick.)

 

Many peace vigils tonight, we be one in a spicy telepathic way, sucking the chi out of hot righteousness and bloviating platitudes, exhaling energy into sane ingenious against all odds delight.

I’ve got that literalized metaphor handled.  Next to Saturn, “Lake bathed in Moonlight, Powerful Dragon emerging,” on my Mercury, ha-ha!, my voice, my mouth…not speaking now in order to speak more later.

 

Deep fundamental healing of mega-surgery going great, but whoo-wee deep, and will honor by spacing out and letting the dendrites, elves, elementals  weave sturdy bone, so that I may have a voice for, at least, 30 years.

The last lines of NY Times review of Margaret Atwood’s Dystopian novels: “Atwood’s ingenious trilogy lights a fire from the fears of our age. then douses it with hope for the planet’s survival. But that survival may not include us.”
