Summer Solstice Tele*Coyote (6.25.2018)

if fascism arises in the

absence of Magic

then

Let Magic Rise!

&

if all war is a

failure of imagination

then

all Harmony is a

triumph of imagination

‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ Christian Schloe (art)

Now, more than ever, we are called to align

with Trickster, Nature’s evolutionary-escape artist,

genius, that comes alive in dangerous,

against-all-odds times.

Yo Team, tis a powerful dangerous

heart-breaking necessary time to convene,

O fellow Monday Night Trickster Team,

and confluencing tonight with guests

from my Way of the Trickster Shift Councils,

Welcome

and

Welcome

to all others who feel a resonance to gather

our guiding story, our defiant grace,

to practice spiraling out of polarity,

to be an agent for miraculous Trickster good…

(All Tricksters are Registered

for free, for this special council)

To re-re-re affirm that

Kinned Beauty is

Stronger than tyranny!

This invitation is a squosh late,

yet right on time,

to proffer such because…

Having just returned from a glorious convening

of heretical Sufi Dancing in Turkey, guided by

beautiful dance ally Banafsheh.

Banafsheh.org

Many beautiful women, from many places,

America including Kauai, Iran, Turkey,

Belgium, South Africa, dancing every day,

to bring more powerful graceful curveyness

into the world, whirling-spiraling-wafting

kindness into the world… via the liberated

freedom of undulation.

Laura Vazquez Rodrguez (paintdreams.net)

I was then over-taken by grief and out-rage

at the churlish cruelty and grievous harm

being imposed on babies, children, kids and

their kin on our borders, by those who have

lost empathy, compassion, kindness…

The descent into dangerous darkness…

The loss and grief, unkindness for all beings,

pandemic in our rogue species…

What to say, what can we do,

as we are appropriately haunted

by the palpable pain of the children’s

wailing, “Papa, Papa,”

Then of course, we remember

tis not us alone, but the beautiful

astro-mytho guiding narrative…

that seeks expression through us,

and that we shall magnetize, animate

and spiral forth this Summer Eve…

The magic that yearns to rise,

the co-operators standing by!

Poignancy is kinship.

Magic is a willingness to

co-operate with everything,

Especially

our appropriate emphatic defiance,

when commentators realistically say

that many of these children and

parents will never see each other again,

the ten breast-feeding new-borns who

have just now been ripped from their

mothers’ full breasts,

whom we must retrieve and restore.

All of this so emblematic of the war on life

being waged on all our kin.

The situation is so dire – we can’t afford

the luxury of realism.

We issue a Yellow amber alert:

a sinister orange-haired man in a clown suit

has kidnapped over 2500 children, and

no one rests until every one of them is restored

to the arms of their loving kin…

To together un-cringe,

from any obedient constraints

on our imagination.

“Migration is older than language,”

said a placard in London

during the Global Women’s March.

Yes, dissolve all walls, borders,

and improve reality everywhere,

acknowledging the U.S. complicity in creating

so much terror that compels people to flee

from their home-lands…

and to practice together spiraling

out of the polarities that feed the dementors.

“Please don’t feed the Dementors.’

We convene, a confluencing of allies

to be living agents of the story….

of the horror that is happening, it’s origins,

and how it can and must be redeemed.

  1. Thank you! SO needed this! Blessings to all as we spiral out of polarity, and into kinship….

Thank you so much for this, Caroline! One question: what was the song at the end? That was so beautiful and joyous!
