TELE*COYOTE COMMUNING (1.26.2015)

Hoot-Hoot..Hoot-Hoot!

Ca-Hoot-Hoot-ing

Hoot-Hoot-Poker, see your hoot and raise you one: Phantasmagoric Ca-Hoot-Hoot-ing
As we continue to animate our dreams – Onward to focused – reverie………

After the talk: the replay will be available here:

Encouraged manner of journeying: Energetic Meandering in the increasing field of serendipitous synchronicity, in which appointments we didn’t even know we had, are rendez-vous-ing…

I have found this Mercury retrograde especially wondrous in encountering people and animals in such a manner as to suggest an appointment.

We are being scheduled by Mystery…

Mercury further queries: “What “Re”- words would we like to include in our energetic meandering direction, (resolute?!) and other qualities too, from the Dream Animals we are encountering…
I had a fantabulous encounter with a Hoot Owl,  so encouraging…

and here be fellow Trickster Class-mates Clare and Evangeline’s Owl: Clare created this fantabulous Owl Mandala on our call in 2013 while listening to Evangeline speak of owls.

Evangeline's-Owl-3.4.13
This beautiful Mandala as was created by our class-mates Clare, while listening to Evangeline speak of Owl…

Dissolving not useful boundaries…

And from our class-mate, Pat, who will chime in on this topic tonight:

“I think people put magic into the context of their current spirituality. It was called Jewish, or Christian, or whatever but it really was just connection to the divine. Our human minds put it into a specific context but it’s really just a name.

My new working theory is just that “magic” was shut down because it was a direct link to the divine but also women and men could use it equally. If you have magic as a practiced art, brute strength does not matter. And Patriarchy only uses brute force to survive. Education, magic, healing are equalizers.”

And this in response to my sending her a quote from another class-mate, our astute ally Dennis in LA:

“Good show with the Magdalena (my new word) lady. I knew so little about so-called early Christians and Ms. Ewing got me interested. Didyouknowthat early Christians had new age cults just like ours? Of course you did. I would love to do the comedy hotspots of Rome, 413 A.D.”

And we return to the animal augury realm of remembered direct kinship,

and to resurrect from our archives (brought to us by Class-mate David Grimes) : “Auden’s intro to Loren Eisley’s ‘The Star Thrower’…

ends with Eisley’s wonderful encounter with a kit fox, but this is part of the journey along the way:”

Speaking of the recognition of Odysseus by his dog Argos, Dr. Eiseley says:

“The magic that gleams an instant between Argos and Odysseus is both the recognition of diversity and the need for affection across the illusions of form. It is nature’s cry to homeless, far-wandering, insatiable man: ‘Do not forget your brethren, nor the green wood from which you sprang. To do so is to invite disaster. . . . One does not meet oneself until one catches the reflection from an eye other than human.’ “
