I had a spectacular (food poisoning?) purge, Saturday into Sunday,
then slept for a long time…
Am now eating (literally) gingerly…
(only Indian spices- India has alot of Wisdom about metabolizing poison)
and going to bed again…soon-ish…
So night off…
