Magic Council Re*Scheduling

Full Moon Eclipse, November 30, 2020 (Nils Ribi in Sun Valley, Idaho)

Yo Monday and Tuesday

Trickster Council Teams!

aha! what a witty

Full Moon Eclipse in Gemini,

we never know…

I will be taking a Lunar Eclipse encouraged

week off from speaking…

So no Monday call tonight,

nor Tuesday Council zoom on December 1st.

************************************

and Tuesday Election magic beings,

we will add on to our cahoot,

by Council Considering

December 29th is a Full Moon,

waxing as we convene…

might be a deft finale to our cahoot…

************************************

Because, my conversational communicative

mode (Gemini) has been

temporarily eclipsed,

I have been placed on “Mute,”

for the week….

So, I spent all Sunday,

waxing Moon, 9 am – 6 pm

at Sibley Hospital Emergency Room,

with a super painful swollen throat condition,

that arose late Thanksgiving Night,

early Friday morning, in which every time

I swallowed twas excruciatingly painful,

like cracked glass…

Amazing how many times we swallow,

not just when eating or drinking…

You might be swallowing now…

Like yawning, tis suggestively communicable…

So, by Sunday twas clear that no matter

how much honey lemon, salt water,

elderberry syrup, maple syrup, bacon fat

I assayed… (amid promises to be a better person)

Nothing was changing except more serious……

So, Sibley is among the very best of

conventional hospitals… Only one person

ahead of me… woo-hooo – should be in

and out in a couple hours…

Truly,

all expectations

are the partners of disappointment…

So had exams, then X-rays, inconclusive,

then CT (prefer Cat) scan, but first blood work

to make sure kidney’s could handle

the radioactive contrast liquid…

Then desire to keep me overnight,

in case breathing became impossible…

No, no, the dogs’ supper, and the cats’,

I told everyone I would be home in a few hours…

They understand and keep track of these things…

Then finally some treatment, and yes,

can go home, but see Throat doc…

for more follow up…

There is a place for steroids,

anti-biotics, ibuprofen…

And hospitals can make one crazy,

left for hours, I did feel psycho, and noticed

that when ever I expressed “I’m leaving,”

kinds of futile imprecations,

a little red light would blink…

and many other adventures…

Finally home, and for a time, pain-free,

and as many of us know, there is truly

no more wonderful contrast than

pain

to not pain…

So talking be at a minimum

for me this week…

Which actually feels in accord,

with diving to recover enthusiasm

in all realms….

Feeling pretty good, and all one story…

a perfect storm of neck compression

(endoscopy followed by 3 hours of dental

drilling on awkward neck position, in which

the word “harm” passed through my mind…

and many other things, and I will see Rolfer

and other team members who keep

a larger picture…)

Compression in order to expand

(Saturn Jupiter, aways companionable…)

I will be writing to you all this week…

December 6th is Violet Firth’s

(aka Dion Fortune) birthday…

and many other pertinent musings…

and now to nap,

and commune with my “medical team”

and so many forms

of communication opening:

Guardian Article: ‘Sistine Chapel of the ancients’

rock art discovered in remote Amazon forest

Speculating on whether the paintings had a sacred or other purpose, he said: “It’s interesting to see that many of these large animals appear surrounded by small men with their arms raised, almost worshipping these animals.”

Observing that the imagery includes trees and hallucinogenic plants, he added: “For Amazonian people, non-humans like animals and plants have souls, and they communicate and engage with people in cooperative or hostile ways through the rituals and shamanic practices that we see depicted in the rock art.”
