The ice cube tray could be part, in that, we cool out strong reactions.

My own feeling is that Democrats should message safety and security. Which party makes you more safe/secure. Post January 6th, post pandemic, post pandemic fallout.

I believe many people feel that chaos has entered their lives and uncertainty. Now, this is what makes this election volatile, which  means, we could keep the house etc.

You said that we can reach a higher level, in a sense, and be more now than what we were.

What metaphor supports this?

Ideas:

• Soothing a hurt wild animal, maybe bringing them to safety, or helping them heal where they are, and then letting them go back to their habitat?

• A balloon of calm and confidence (something else?) See it over their head, does it have a color? Then it pops and those feelings rain down on them in a beautiful shower.

• A wind of kindness, compassion and community comes down from the earth’s mountains and spreads through out the country. See if moving through every city, town, community, home.

• See/feel the beneficent energy of the earth rooting in people’s feet, and see them feeling more secure, safe and abundant as they walk through their lives

• See/feel hearts opening to calm and community as it rises through the country opening our eyes to our common and mutual benefit.”
