Venus! and the All Access Back-Stage Pass

Venus is stationing to retrograde (May 15 th 10:33 am EDT) on “her” rendezvous course  with the Sun (June 5th), when we shall see into the Underworld, and are granted an all access back-stage pass. (Our Ascendant of “owl” image primes our preparatory practice of seeing in the Dark.)
And so we pack for our journey that begins, with the attitude provided by her stationing Sabian: “carefree young children skating over a smoothly frozen pond; smooth moves, gliding agility, center of gravity in the present, open to future” exhilaration at the prospect.

Meanwhile it is witty of Jupiter to be, and have been, so Taurus literal at the degree: “Mounted Indian with scalp locks under belt, losing your head, investing emotional energy in tokens as opposed to power objects,” as the story broke of Romney scalping his class-mate at prep school.

Gemini, Mercury’s Magician realm, is the sign in which Venus descends into the Underworld, gathers her voice, and re-emerges to begin next stage of culture, and we with her the whole way.

Let’s be clear: he be the sail, we be the wind. Obama is barometrically responsive to collective shift, which is, bien sur, the origin of real change. (Whereas the Republicans are perversely unresponsive to actual democratic collective, preferring to do the toxic mimic Plutonian dredging work of stirring the lower astral.)
