“…uplifting, juicy, safe, and inviting environment to support all the candidates and those that want to join the Party”

Note from Laura C.

Hola, Counselors to the Magic Election Council,

This is Laura in Montana (Sorry no mic or camera).
Mytho-phrenic solitaire self-taught in kitchen-witchery for these 40 years.
Am so thrilled to be in a group that is informed by Terry Pratchett wisdom!
(Just finished rereading “Thief of Time” last week for the billionth time!)

I walk with Bear. Hummingbird flies above.
I invite all plant spirits, soil microbial devas, and cloud ancestors to join in this circle.

I invite the Deva of Democracy
= She requests to accompany us when sending select candidates
Pewter (or other) energy protection and juicing vibrant orange energy
= She will leave her avatar with each of them so, per Pat, even if the election is lost the Thread of Democracy will continue.

My pockets hold hankies.
My Shambles is my life at a crossroads here now-ing
In a pile of symbolic bits
In a circle on the floor
Included the 2022 mail-in ballot
Delivered yesterday for the new moon!
Woo Hoo! Yea, Democracy!

“How to Make the New Reality Enticingly Fun” suggestions:
– There is an enormous amount of infrastructure upgrade money coming to many communities. Invite local citizens to get involved in how they want these projects to happen. Making it fun making it better!
– Ask the amazing folks at Clowns without Borders for ideas on how to make the emerging changes fun!
– As Calvin and Hobbes conversed: “They say the world is a stage. But obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing lines.” “ Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re in a tragedy or a farce.” “We need more special effects and dance numbers!”

“Think Abouts” for Future Considerations:
1. Create a magical energy support group for all the devoted, fried, frayed
middle management (often women) & maintenance people who know how things work, get things done and keep things going:
nurses, teachers, care givers, day care, bookkeepers, etc; those keeping local governments, NGOs and small businesses running.
(An unraveling is occurring because the elders, who created/maintained the systems of how things work, are retiring, dementiaing, or dying off; the youngers, neglected by training systems failures, are incapable of assuming responsibility and accountability;
and everyone lost in covid fog and digital unreality. “The Era of the Great Forgetting”.

2. Is homegrown fascism the shadow of Democracy? If not, what is and how do we honor and accept it with the US Pluto Return?

3. What do the star charts look like for the Jan 2023 and Jan 2025 inaugur – ations?

For Caroline:
– I agree! Biden’s the best liberal president ever!
– Absolutely loving your awesome ‘ooosha’ energy release sound! This is the ‘third time’ for this sound for me: first heard in the “Bad Boys II” film as a ‘mantra’ to help them release their anger and then in the documentary “Eagle Hunters” as the sound she makes to call her hunting eagle. I love life’s delightful synchronicities!

2022 Candidates for magical protection and support:
– MT Representative: Monica Tranel
– MT Senate Dist 49: John Schneeberger
– MT Supreme Court: Ingrid Gayle Gustafson
– Ravalli County Elections Clerk & Recorder: Regina Plettenberg
– Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva

John Fetterman

ooph -let’s send John Fetterman some woof…
rough night…

and for us to dissolve the constraining framing of “debates”

60 second blips…and much of what passes for public discourse…

Intrinsically John is a charismatic *Sun 22+ Leo),

articulate (Mercury 13 Virgo), truly caring, sextile Venus is Cancer with a Moon Neptune quintile…

let’s see him with enough protective shield (animate the pewter shield, for him to feel the bardic arts pouring back into him… to be surprising in a liberated liberating way…

Large pewter plate with central rosette decoration, Roman c 4/5 c. AD (Appleford)

And Pat offers:

— Fetterman needs a pewter shield for those who would use his physical issues against him and for their own benefit.

Fetterman showed physical weakness from a disease that ravaged his body that temporarily struck him ferociously. What does it mean for the rest of us? Those that are fragile or who’s loved ones need care? What does it mean when society is defined by its lack of compassion toward someone who’s health will gain strength to full recovery? What does it mean when republicans use a male virility trope to secure power?

It means that our hearts need to be bigger. Our minds more open. That we accept all as they are. That we congratulate people who struggle, but show up. We appreciate those that are afraid but do it anyway. We support for those that pledge their life to the betterment of our society even when they are not at their best.

It means we just say thank you.

1 thought on “Election Magic Council #3”

  1. To All–Thank you for your thoughts n John Fetterman. John has always spoken to all sorts of people–busting open the categories that are imprisoning us. I don’t think anyone–with the hopeful exception of his nearest and dearest–likes 100% of everything about him. However people respond to his directness and valor and clarity and steadfastness. I believe all those were on display during his debate with poor Doctor Slime Mold (nothing against slime molds, sorry). For each of the deluded who use this opportunity to kick someone when they are in the process of rising up , I see 10 or even 100 of us who say, “This man is our champion. The going is tough and he is still going. This is the one I want.” HIs campaign raised $1,000,000. in 3 hours. I imagine these were many, many small donations. Many, many, many of us are not jerks. The contrast was stark. Mr. Oz was smooth and slimy and John Fetterman was brave and resolute. The light shown on them for all the world to see, and we did see. Amen.
