Greetings, Whew! Rita from Oregon calling in for duty, just under the wire, with the caveat that I will be out of the country on our last 2 meets (Nov 1 and Nov 7) so while my zoom appearing may be iffy, if possible at all, my heart and good cheer will be with you …:) 

I have been enjoying Sean Padraig O’Donoughe’s weekly
“OtherWell Hedge School” program and while listening recently, I enjoyed learning that “Rose”, with its lovely flowers and scent was a Heart Opener…. But whose no nonsense ‘thorny’ aspects, a “Protector”.

A closeup image of the Statue of Liberty’s head came to mind as I imagined those pointy spikes at her crown being “Thorny”and woven among them a garland of Rose Blossoms (kinda like the classic Grateful Dead Skull & Roses logo 🙂

That’s an image I imagined, and if I do my homework, may be able to provide a piece of art that depicts this to add to the mix of our visuals.

I loved the work I did with you all in 2020. I have a strong sense that the connection forged with the statue Freedom animated protective forces needed on January 6. I felt her walking the halls during that riot–maybe even chasing Josh-running-down-the Hawley–giving him a firm poke with her sword(?). I am very interested in this. I have been so concerned with the way our country seems to be regressing back into a medieval mindset. I vote to put my voice out there, but I live in Alabama, and my blue voice gets quickly gobbled up in the red sea. I have wondered what else I can do in my behind-the-scenes way. 

I am still full of enthusiasm for this! Birth data: Dec. 5, 1949; 5:46 am; San Diego, California. (Almost) birthday twin of Dion Fortune, another Violet. I currently live in Trussville, Alabama, where I work undercover as a trickster in this very red state. My polling place has changed and I’ll now be voting at the Frist Baptist Church, which should make for interesting energy!

Hi, I am new to your show, having first learned of your work from Susan Gerber’s astrology conference, earlier this year. I resonated with your talk and have been tuning into to your show when possible since. I have worked in Women’s’ health for 30 + years and this election seems crucial. I have been a student of Steven Forrest since the late 90’s and I relate strongly to your approach of working with the energies of different transits to wreak good in the world and fulfill our dedications. I have Neptune at 17 degrees Scorpio on my IC, so I feel especially drawn to take positive action during this election cycle. I also have a NN in the 11th house so I am directed to working in a team framework. I really had to weigh the benefit of the donation going to candidates vs. to the Election council, but I hope by joining the council, I will be able to do the most good. I also like to make voter encouraging art that I sometimes share on social media.  I look forward to hearing more about the council soon.

Hi! I’m loving the sounds of this Dangerous Beautiful Assignment and sending love, celebration and gratitude to you both! I’ve participated in workshops with Caroline over the years and loved them. I have a question about this gathering – wondering if it’s right for me and if I’m right for you. I’m a therapist, coach, energy worker – working for many years with people in DC and on The Hill who are carrying light-filled energy and doing wonderful things; advocates, policy writers, speech writers, leaders and teams in govt organizations and non-profits that are granted large amts of federal money. I’ve worked a lot the last few years on bringing non-polarizing language training and mentoring into all my work – building bridges over the constantly widening political divide, finding ways to energize and restore hope and wisdom and keep the light workers from fading away. I’m not knowledgeable about astrology (Caroline you did my chart a way long time ago) – so – is there going to be a big focus on astrology? If so, this may not be a good fit for me. If you check my website you’ll get a feel for what I would bring and I’d love to cahoot and be inspired and learn – I’m looking for more of a focus on politics and energy work.

About the candidates and there are so many, I feel that Marcus Flowers in Georgia is critical to remove MTG and her various misbehaviors, and Charles Booker in Kentucky vs Rand P. Fetterman is my favorite. Here in Oklahoma Kendra Horn has good experience in the House, just couldn’t put enough Okies together to re-elect, needs better PR. Some of her early tv ads were too in your face. I hope you saw the latest add for Warnock. It is one of Herschel Walker’s sons who is speaking out against him as a father and what havoc might ensue if marriage rights were challenged. I like Mandela Barnes in Wisconsin, but my little donations only went to him once. In Oklahoma we desperately need Joy Hofmeister in the Governor’s race. The present office holder is very likely the worst governor ever, here or any where. I am afraid my iPad is going to do me in. You may recall I discovered you on kpfk when I was studying with Rev. Dr. MatthewFox inOakland for my masters. That was 96-97 whenever you began your program. Since then I have been ordained, learned to communicate long distance (one way) with cats and received reports confirming from their humans. I am now in a small group whose leader channels St. Germaine and have released a lot of baggage in the process. Equally as woofy, I went to a Democratic BBQ in the hills over Lake Tenkiller last Sat. in memory of Mike Synar. The entertainment was Trae Crowder. We got in on the cheap tickets. Need anything else?

Yea, I am called to participate. With particular gratitude for the dead-line being set for October 5th, that I might have October 4th to revel with my son on his 11th birthday. Here I be, Suzanne resonating in the high mountain valley and mountain time zone. I participated in the 2020 election council and would like to convene at the Oval table for this one.. I don my hat and begin to prepare my cauldron! I am called to travel during two weeks of the council. I intend to engage with dedicated participation every meeting, though due to the uncertain nature of travel I may not be visibly or audibly present (can’t connect) While away we expect to be on the west coast, between southernmost Oregon and the Monterey Bay aquarium. I participated in the 2020 Election Magic Council and would love to be a part of this council. The mythic ballot was an inspired exercise that was great fun and provided an ongoing touch point in the lead up to November 2020. By my calculations we are now tiptoeing past Ancient Enmities towards where the Mother of All and the Lord of the Dance are dancing around the Sea of Stories. I’d like to do my part to ensure that this turning of the wheel moves us closer to a world driven by compassionate kindom and brimming with unexpected joy and abundance. My desire for the 2022 midterms is for a healthy democratic majority in the house and senate, democratic candidates for governors and secretary of state winning their races and a revival of civil discourse in our public conversation. What say you? woof woof

Throwing several heart ‘woof’s’ into the selection cauldron! Join another Election Magic Council? An absolute YES! Though short on words at the moment, I am certainly feeling abundant of intention and heart…and dare I say (addressing the circumstance of the moment – as I live in Pennsylvania) …one of few times I feel the need to say I have no desire to be “…off to see the Wizard…”, though ‘seeing the Wizard off’ seems like an appropriate intention to hold!! ….not the only (wayward) Wizard behind the curtain, of course…as we have much cahooting play to get to the task of at this time! Expressing my sincere and heartfelt desire to join in the trickster games…as we need all the helpful play we can conjure up! May all collective trickster intentions manifest representatives and intentions for the highest good of all flora, fauna, fungi, animal and human!
