Perfect! no matter how overwhelming the atmospheric swoosh of it all, the quiet, kind tending of the immediate “flowers” (or whatever needs gentle, delighted grooming) strengthens the Medicine of Intimacy in the world, enters Group Mind/Soul (whatever words we want), adding solicitousness to our collective repertoire of responses…
And this care-taking is conducive to “aha!”

Mercury reminds us we are all “Performers in a Ritual Mystery Play,” everyone has a role….somewhere… on the team. And for apparently impossible dingbats – remember Gollum and his inadvertent role in tossing the ring of power back into the Crack of Doom. Discerning the Desirable Guiding Myth underneath the micro-macro vaudeville cartoon gives us so much expansive room in which to play.

Neptune entering its oceanic realm of Pisces, February 3rd – for the first time in 165 years, makes our  skills of metaphoric agility all the more essential to navigate the great swells, with deep calm.
This is the realm of the waters of life from whence dreams, images, symbols pour forth either as an overwhelming torrent, or a River guided to meander,
teeming with life by teaming with life
to make the valley bloom. Take your pick.

Create theatre or live melancholic melodrama.

Gandalf is enticed to proclaim, yet again: “The tide has turned. The Great Storm is coming. But the tide has turned.”

Everything dissolves, liquifies. Do all the glaciers melt? or do we melt that within us that has occasioned this catastrophe?
As the waters of potential creativity pour forth, we want to have our personal, team, and collective templates, river beds ready to guide the water, so that all is not swept away, but everything co-operating, the destructive cahooted into the creative.

Someone commented: “Looks like war with Iran is on the table.” To which one response would be:
“Well if it’s on the table, let’s put other stuff on the table, Lemon meringue pie, pomegranate juice, sane reverent smoothies.”

Saturn stationing at the last degree of Libra trining Neptune in the last degree of Aquarius – “Strange White Flowers are Blooming in the Midnight Ruins of Babylon.”(exact retrograde Feb. 7th on the Full Moon 18+ Leo -“Houseboat Party” bobbing on a sea of dreams – woo-hoo) reminds us to practice the art of inviting ourselves and everyone to define terms.
This is liberates us from labels and is thus conducive to conversing, and discerning the energetic pathway to a shared inspirational vision.

Our dedication conjures the form that gives it expression.

Mars stationing retrograde in the Virgoian Hermetic realm of thought – language magic, guides us to slow down, avoiding the speed of “opinion” –  “like/dislike,”
“approve/disapprove.” Hot reactive distractions may give rise to “premature articulation.”
Hot fervor or cool reflection.
The energy of words is equal to their content.

And when the demons of whatever arise, employing the word-metaphors from myriad cultures akin to “nafs” (Persian Sufi term) – invasive unsettling, pesky spirits, that once we have their name we can send packing.

I have been finding our harumphitude composter invaluable, as well as planting seeds of accomplished well-being in the future. And always, our goats.
Goats are eager to graze on the the thistles growing in the dry riverbeds, neurological networks, helping us to clear a pattern through which the waters of life may flow.
Metaphoric wet-lands, bubbling springs, under-ground lakes, cenotes.
Always and increasingly we are engaged in the art of magnetizing metaphor into matter.
