Caroline welcomes long-time ally Merlin Sheldrake, upon the release of his book, “Entangled Life- How Fungi make our worlds, change our minds  shape our futures…”

Merlin Sheldrake is one of the most deeply delving investigative brilliant trickster allies that I know.

We are both Sun Libra, Moon Virgo, Venus, Mercury in Scorpio beings. And I am dazzled with what he does with it. His chart is so delighted that he is so himself, Studying the huge intricacies of tiny beings…as well as poet, bard, musician, Science Metaphysician…

Today was but a snippet of himself (Fund Drive, and I was slightly distracted by tech kerfuffles at KPFA’s end)…So I am super-delighted to have him back for a full unfurling on June 4th, when I will aspire to create the welcoming atmosphere for all of him to cavort and delve, according to his own wise autonomy…

(So , if you all have questions you would like me to query on Jone 4th, let me know…)

I also love, the briefly referenced Pluto theme…It was while reading his oeuvre, that I thought to remind myself of his relationship to Pluto…And Holy Moly.

Pluto in all its Phases

Pluto stationing now at 24+ Capricorn, trining the Sun at 24 Taurus, with Jupiter stationing today. Knowledge from the Underworld. About re-blooming the Earth.

Merlin’s Sun is 24 Libra and Jupiter 24 Aries… Tis such a powerful precise pattern.

And Eris, joining the party from the Kyper belt is at 24 Aries….Disrupting anything in the way of human reverent cooperative investigative symbiotic genius…

And Merlin is embodying a great guiding way to ride these big transits, dedication to Pluto-Jupiter, brewing Medicine for others proffers a round of redemption.

“…biologist and a writer with a background in plant sciences, microbiology, ecology, and the history and philosophy of science. He received a Ph.D. in tropical ecology from Cambridge University for his work on underground fungal networks in tropical forests in Panama, where he was a predoctoral research fellow of the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.

Merlin’s research ranges from fungal biology, to the history of Amazonian ethnobotany, to the relationship between sound and form in resonant systems. A keen brewer and fermenter, he is fascinated by the relationships that arise between humans and more-than-human organisms. He is a musician and performs on the piano and accordion. Entangled Life is his first book.”
